Why do I get a notification about already ordered products?

If a product has been previously registered in a purchase order, which has not been registered as received, a notification will appear to reveal whether the order now registered is correct, in addition to informing about previously still open orders.

The notification can be overridden by pressing "Yes". The purchase order will be registered as normal.

How can I update all registered purchase orders to be "received"?
Bulk updating of purchase orders can be useful if many orders are registered, but have not been registered as received.

Here's how:

  1. Select Logistics > Purchase Order

  2. Specify the date the orders should be from-to

  3. Select orders in the left column
    Tip: Top checkbox selects all rows
    4.. Click "Change status"

  4. Select "Received" -> "ON"

    All purchase orders marked are now registered as received.
