Get started
Choose the relevant kind of event, Ticket is the most commonly used one and will be used as an example below. Fill in the following settings:
Type in the name of the event (mandatory field). This name will be used in the online booking, on the customer's receipt and in the event calendar.
Choose what department/store it belongs to: If the ticket is sold in-store, the revenue will be booked to the department where that POS is located. If the ticket instead is sold online, the revenue will be booked to the department that you select here.
Choose a location for the event.
You can choose to fill in the rest of the form right away, which we recommend new users to do, or you can save and move on to the next step and fill in the remaining information later on.
Here you set if it is a one time or recurring event, if it runs for one or multiple days and specify the time.
For a one time event, just type in the date and time without making any other choices.
For a full day event, it is enough to just type in the date.
If it is an event that runs over multiple days or weeks you can set the exact time per day when it is open and for longer events, if it should be closed for a full day every week.
If you select the setting “Slots” it will automatically divide the day up into slots according to your selection (could run for 5 – 120 minute slots) between the from and to times that you select for each day.
You can also select if you would like to have a pause between each of the slots. These will occur directly after each slot.
If you have an even that runs over multiple days with the same time settings, you can choose the “Multiple days” setting at the top, and you only need to set the from and to time once.
Note: You cannot deactivate or activate Recurring, All day or Multiple days after the event has been created.
Select a product group and VAT rate, this determines which account the revenue is posted to according to the chart of accounts.
Select the price groups that should be available for the event. For example. Regular, Student and Children.
If there are limitations to how many tickets that you can sell to a certain event or course, enter a max capacity.
If there is no upper limit, enter 9999.
The limit applies throughout the system, administrators and employees will receive a warning when fully booked, but have the option to overbook.
It is not possible to overbook in online booking.
Under the description you can type a message that will be sent to the customer in the confirmation e-mail or text message, when they buy the ticket.
Click on Save and proceed. The event is now saved as a draft.

If you like, you can add relevant pictures.
Select Review and complete.
