Customer orders can be paid directly at the checkout. Find the customer order in the customer order overview. Click "Save and lock".
If the order is already locked, the order must be unlocked before it can be sent to the checkout. Click "Send to checkout".
Note! If a packing slip or invoicing has been completed for the customer order, it cannot be paid at the checkout.
At the checkout, select "Customer order". The overview shows all customer orders sent to the checkout.
Function explanation:
TheEye - Show order lines for the order.
Padlock - The order is opened in the administration panel.
Shopping cart - The order is added to the shopping cart at the checkout.
Click the shopping cart icon. Payment is made as normal.
