Loomis—Pay takes care of all gift cards (including history), even after they have expired or been used up.

Find remaining value in the checkout
Click on the gift card icon on the left in the checkout screen. Select check value. Enter the gift card code or swipe the magnetic stripe card. Original value, remaining value, purchase date and expiration date are displayed.

Find remaining value in the administration
In the administration panel in Loomis—Pay, go to Reports -> Gift card report. Use the search in the top right and search for the gift card code. All transactions on the gift card code, purchase date, expiration date, original value and remaining value are displayed.
