How do I create a period report?

Monthly report / Period report in Loomis—Pay

A period report shows you the settlement for the desired period in the form of turnover divided by product groups, payment methods and employees.

To create a period report, log in to the administration panel in Loomis—Pay and click on "Accounting", and then "Daily settlement" in the menu on the left of the screen.

You will then be taken to the overview of all daily settlements for your company. Remember to select the correct department if you have access to multiple departments.

Here, click on the date numbers at the top left of the page and then select which period you want to display using the drop-down menu. This can be done by selecting custom dates, or selecting, for example, "Previous month".

After you have selected the correct period (and department), immediately press the "Search" button. All z-reports that match your search criteria will then be displayed.

The next step is to click on the grey checkbox in the left column so that all the z-reports you have searched for are unchecked. After this, select period report from the drop-down menu and then click on "Generate".

A report will now be saved in PDF format according to the selections that will be downloaded to your computer and you are now finished generating a period report.
