Properties can be attached to resources so that you can easily distinguish between resources.

Create a property

To create a new property, go to Booking > Settings > Properties. Click New Property.

Enter a name for the property, e.g. Color. Choose whether you want Text or Dropdown. Text provides a free text field that is set on the resource, and dropdown allows you to define options that can be selected on the resource.

Attach properties to resource groups

Properties can be attached to resource groups, and will apply to all resources in the resource group.

To attach a property to a resource group, go to Bookings > Settings > Resource Groups. Select the resource group. Under the Properties header, you will see the properties that can be set. Setting a property is not required.
