In V4 you make withdrawals and deposits during the settlement.
Withdrawals
When you have counted the money you have in the cash register, it will show how much there should have been in the cash register. If a withdrawal has been made, it will then show that you have too little money in the cash register. The amount that is too little should be the same as what was taken out of the cash register.
Write a note about why there is too little money in the cash register. e.g. “Withdrawal, supplies 500,-”
Deposits
If you are going to put money in the cash drawer, count the money you have in the cash drawer again, including the money to be added. You will then be notified that you have too much money in the cash drawer.
Write a note about why there is too much money in the drawer. Deposits can be, for example, bills of exchange coins.
When you have signed for the settlement, you will see that the cash register balance has changed and the note will be on the settlement.
