How do I put a payment on hold/pause?

Sometimes the customer has forgotten their card in the car or perhaps they haven't brought all the items to the checkout and then you want to be able to park the payment and take the next customer in the meantime.

To do this, add the items as usual, then click the yellow pause button.

Here you then select a number that is available to put the payment on hold.

The payment is now on hold.

When you want to retrieve the shopping cart you put on hold again, press the yellow pause button again -> select the shopping cart that is on hold -> press retrieve.

Important! (When you are going to retrieve the shopping cart that is on hold, it is important that the shopping cart is empty, otherwise the items that have been added will be added to the receipt you pick up.)

After you have picked up the shopping cart again, you can continue adding items or taking payment.

You have now learned how to put the shopping cart on hold and retrieve it.
