How do I retrieve an inventory report?

The inventory report contains your inventory value, as well as the number of each product in your inventory. The report can be filtered on several different parameters if necessary.

How to retrieve the report:

  1. Navigate to Logistics > Inventory Overview
    For multiple departments, specify the department

  2. Set filter "Inventory status": "In stock", click "Search"
    If desired, multiple filters can be defined. If you want a total report, you do not need to define further filtering

  3. Click "Excel" to download the report in Excel format

    The result of the report can also be read directly in the back office

FAQ:
Can the same report be retrieved for components?

To retrieve the same type of report for components, use the filter "Items / Components": "Components".
The filter can also be set to both items and components for a total report that contains both types.
