How do I send an SMS reminder to a customer in the time book?

When registering an appointment in the appointment book, you can choose to send an automatic SMS reminder in advance of the appointment. You/the customer choose how long before an appointment you want the reminder, but the default is 24 hours.

When registering an appointment, you also have the option to send an order confirmation via SMS. The order confirmation does not stop the reminder from being sent.
