Opening hours are not used by the cash register directly, but third-party solutions use the opening hours to calculate availability. Examples are online booking for hairdressers or online ordering for restaurants.
To set up the opening hours, you need to complete the following steps:
Log in to Loomis—Pay administration in Loomis—Pay and go to Settings -> Opening hours -> Ordinary opening hours. The form for registering opening hours will open.
Select Opening hours under settings
Select the correct department you want to adjust opening hours for
Select Ordinary opening hours
Then adjust the opening hours
Select Save
If you want to change the opening hours of an employee for a single day or add a holiday, you can do the following steps:
Select employees under staff
Then select working hours for the selected employee in question
To change the opening hours for a single day, select "add deviation"
There you can change opening hours or add a holiday. (The date in question will be marked with a deviation)
To add a holiday, select "add holiday"
You then select the date the holiday starts and the date it ends. (Like other changes to the regular opening hours, this will also appear as a deviation

If you need to register that the store is closed outside of regular opening hours, find the date this applies to under opening hours and select change to specific date. Examples of this are public holidays.
