How do i export customers?

To export customers, log in to the Loomis—Pay administration panel and then select "Customers".

Inside the customer overview, select "Export".

You can filter which customers you want to export when creating a customer export:

  • Customer groups: If you have multiple customer groups, you can select one or more groups to export.

  • Dateperiod: You can choose to only export customers who have shopped in a given period.

  • Number of sales: You can choose to only export customers who have shopped more or fewer than a given number of times. If you have selected a date period, only sales in the period are taken into account.

  • Sales: You can choose to only export customers who have shopped for more or less than a given amount including VAT. If you have selected a date period, only sales in the period are taken into account.

    When you are finished, click "Export" and you will get an excel file with the customers.

To update many customers at once, you can export the customers, process them in Excel, and import them again. The export and import formats are the same.
