Windows 10
First, right-click on the Windows flag at the bottom left of the screen.

Now click on "Windows PowerShell (Admin)".

If this is not available, select "Command Prompt (Admin)"

In the new window, type: ipconfig and confirm by pressing the "Enter" button.

You will now be able to see that more text appears in the window, here we need all the information marked with a red square in the image below.

Write down the information inside the red box and send it to us by email at [email protected].

Please write "(Your Company Name) IP Address and Gateway" in the subject line.
