To resend the season pass code to the customer, it is important that the sale is registered to a customer.
Start by searching for the customer and going to sales.
Download the sales receipt. On this you will find the season pass code. Then go to season passes.
Admin > Booking > Season Pass
Search for the season pass code, find the season pass in question and press “Send by email”.
If the season pass is registered to a customer with a registered email address, this will be filled in automatically. If it is not registered to a customer, you must fill this in manually.
After this is filled in, press send and the customer will receive an email with the order confirmation and a link to the season pass.
