Quick buttons are found on the main screen in the checkout. They are always visible, quick to use, and can be customized exactly how you want. To create or change quick buttons, log in to the Loomis-Pay administration panel and select Settings > Quick buttons in the bottom left.

You can create multiple layouts for quick buttons. In a restaurant, you often have a standard layout, but on May 17th, you change to a custom layout.

Quick buttons are placed in groups. A group is permanently displayed in the view to the right, even when you switch to other groups. You can also create folders in the main quick button area in the middle. To create a new group, select New group.
Experience has shown that it is not appropriate to have more than 6-9 groups to the right. In the main quick button area in the middle, there is room for 4 buttons in width, and 9 in height, if no adjustments are made. Groups and quick buttons are given a name, a color, if you choose one, and is placed in the desired order, with the desired with and hight.

To change the name of an existing group, double click the group.

To add a new quick buttons, select Plus Button. From here, you choose whether it should be a product or a folder. Folders can be placed in folders, if there are more products than there is space in one folder.

A quick button can be a product, a folder or a service.
Select a product in the drop-down menu. You can search by name and product number. Note that you can give the button a different name than the name of the product if you wish. This is very practical if you have long product names. Select the color of the button. There is room for 4 quick buttons in width, but you can choose for one button to take up the space of several buttons by pulling the top right corner to adjust the size.

To edit a folder, press the pencil button in the icon right corner. To access the folder press the folder icon.

To change or delete a shortcut button, click the button.
