SMS-marketing is a module in Loomis—Pay that allows you to send SMS to your customers. You choose who will receive the SMS, and what the SMS will contain. Part of the feature is that you can filter on a number of smart parameters to reach targeted customers.
Examples
All customers.
All customers in a given customer group.
All customers who have purchased a specific pair of trousers.
All customers who have not purchased garlic dressing.
All customers who have spent more than 1000,- this year.
All customers who have shopped at least 3 times in the last 3 months.

Procedure for sending SMS
To send SMS, log in to the Loomis—Pay administration panel and go to Functions > SMS marketing. Select "Send SMS" in the top right.
1. Filtering
You can make some choices to not send SMS to all customers, but only a selection.
Leave everything blank if you want to send to everyone. The following is an example where all customers in the VIP customer group who have shopped for at least 200,- incl. VAT in the period 01.01.2021 to 25.01.2021 will receive SMS.
Select "continue" when you have selected your filters. Leave all fields blank if you want to send the message to all customers.
2. Check recipients
The next image shows you how many customers are registered, how many have a valid mobile number, and how many match the filters you provided in the first step. Here you can clearly see which customers will receive the SMS, and how many there are. Double-check that this looks correct, before selecting "continue".
3. Write content
Select the sender from the drop-down list and write text in the message field. We recommend that you write a maximum of 160 characters. Select "continue".
4. Confirm and send
Double check that the sender, content and number of recipients are correct, and select "Send now" to send. It may take up to 15 minutes for all customers to receive the SMS.
FAQ
How do I change the sender?
Contact support to change the sender. The maximum length is 11 characters, and spaces are not allowed. You can use letters or a phone number as the sender. If you use a phone number as the sender, the customer can reply to the message. It is required that the sender cannot be mistaken for someone other than the real sender.
