The sales report is the most advanced report in Loomis—Pay with a lot of options. You can view the result on the screen, or export as Excel or PDF.

You can view the sales results based on different groupings.

• Product group

• Supplier

• Manufacturer

• Employee

• Payment method

• Delivery method

• VAT rate

And you can filter all sales based on different filters.

You can choose to compare search results with the previous year. The comparison is made against 364 days before, i.e. Monday against Monday, etc.

Depending on how you have searched, the results may appear slightly differently. Gift card sales are not considered revenue and are therefore not included in the report. You can choose which columns you want to include in the report.

• *Quantity:' Number of orders (not number of products!).

• Number of products: Number of products.

• Number of product average: Number of products on average per order.

• Price incl. VAT average: Sales including VAT on average per order.

• Purchase price: Purchase price for the products.
  Based on the purchase price at the time the sale was registered.

• GP%: Gross profit in percentage.

• GP: Gross profit.

• Sales excl. VAT: Sales excluding VAT.

• Sales incl. VAT: Sales including VAT.
