To update the VAT, log into the portal and go to Products in the menu to the left.

Go to the arrows in the sub menu and choose Export.

You will be presented to a modal where the data you will need has already been pre-selected. All you need to do is to click on Export.

Open the downloaded Excel and change the VAT from 12% to 6% on groceries in the column named Momssats. Easiest way to do this is to mark the column and then go to Find & Select - Replace.

Type in 12 on the Find what: row, and 6 on the Replace with: row.

The column should now have been updated to show 6 instead of 12. Save the Excel.

Now it is time to import the file back into the system, which you do in the same place as you did the export.

Make sure to select the updated Excel and upload it under Choose File and click on Ladda upp.

Your product have now been updated with the new VAT rate.
