We’re updating how your card transaction payouts for weekends and bank holidays are processed, making reconciliation and bookkeeping easier.
Currently:
For Visa and Mastercard transactions, you receive one combined payout on the next business day (e.g., Monday) covering all card transactions from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as any bank holidays.
For American Express transactions, payouts follow the same combined pattern but are made with a 3-day delay.
From October 1, 2025:
You will instead receive one payout per calendar day.
This means you’ll receive separate payouts for each day — e.g., Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and any bank holiday — rather than one combined amount.
For American Express, the same applies, with the 3-day delay unchanged.
What this means for you:
Easier reconciliation — each day’s transactions align with a single payout.
Clearer bookkeeping — no need to manually split combined totals.
Same timing — payouts continue to arrive as before; only the grouping is changing.
