Only 2D scanners can scan QR codes. If you are not sure which barcode scanner you have, please contact us at support.

For QR codes to work on the cash register, the language settings on the scanner must be set to “German”.

Android cash registers are usually able to detect this automatically, but in a few cases the scanner can get reset.

To change the language on your 2D scanner, scan the barcode below. Until you get German. Scan the barcode until you get the correct language.
