If you encounter any bugs regarding your terminal or register, this is how you send in a bug-report.

Step 1.

Go in to the side menu

Step 2. 

Press Bug-report.

Step 3.

Please enter your Organisation Number or company name here and what issue that has occurred. For example; Loomis pay shop, tipping dosen't work.

Step 4. 

Please send a email to our customer service to inform that you have sent in a bug report. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
