Pay—Mobile installation

Follow these steps to get your Pay—Mobile up and running

Step 1

Charging & starting your device

1. Connect the power cable to the back of the dock, plug it in to a power outlet, then charge your device by placing it in the dock.


 2. You can also charge your device by connecting the power cable directly into the left side of the terminal.


 3. Press the Power button on the right side of the device.


4. The Loomis–Pay app will start automatically once the device has booted up.


Step 2

Connect the device to WiFi

1. Tap the Settings wheel at the bottom of the login screen.


2. Tap on the WiFi button and connect to your preferred network.


3. After connecting to WiFi, press the Back arrow in the footer menu to return to the login screen.



Step 3

Login to your device

1. Enter the PIN code "1234" (or your custom PIN code if you have already created one in the Loomis–Pay portal), then press the Login button.


Step 4

Install receipt roll 

 1. Open up the back hatch, insert your receipt roll, then close the back hatch.
