Reboot the Pay—Mobile

How to restart your Pay—Mobile device

1. Press and hold the Power button on the right side for 3 seconds.


2. The shutdown menu will appear on the main screen. Select Reboot.


3. The Reboot button will move to the center of the screen. Select Reboot again. 

Your Pay—Mobile will reboot. This process takes about 30 seconds. The Loomis POS software will restart automatically.
