Accept MobilePay payments

Learn how to setup payments with MobilePay.

MobilePay-payments makes it easy for customers to pay. Below you can find instructions on how to activate and use Mobilepay on your terminals.

Activate MobilePay

  1. You can get a MobilePay Point of Sales agreement her. Create your firm and follow the instructions on the screen.
  2. Contact our support, when your agreement regarding MobilePay Point of Sales has been created. You can either write us on dk.kundservice@loomis.com or calls us on 70 26 42 42. 

Card terminal instructions

Pay—Desk Pro

Below you will find instructions on how to accept MobilePay payments on the Pay—Desk Pro card terminal.

  1. Tap Payment, then tap the MobilePay POS button.
  2. Ask the customer to open their MobilePay app and scan the QR code that appears on the customer-facing display.
  3. Once the payment is completed, confirmation will be displayed. You can then choose to print a receipt (can also be set to print automatically).

Pay—Mobile

Below you will find instructions on how to accept MobilePay payments at the Pay—Mobile card terminal.

  1. Press the ⋮ )button in the bottom right corner. Tap the MobilePay POS button.
