Unable to retrieve status

If you receive an error message in the form of a thin, red line reading “Unable to retrieve status” when you try to log in to your POS, this means that the POS is missing an active internet connection. To resolve this you need to connect the POS either through Wi-fi or 4G.

 

Follow the instructions to connect to WiFi.

1. Press the Settings wheel at the bottom of the Login screen.


2. Tap on the WiFi button in the menu.


3. Connect to your preferred network.


4. After connecting to WiFi, press the Back arrow in the footer menu to return to the Login screen.
